Biography
Pete Ford is a British stunt performer. He joined the British Stunt Register in 2004, where he holds Full Member status, known for his expertise in precision vehicle driving, motorcycle stunts, high falls, wire-work, firearms handling, sword and shield combat, and aquatic skills as a PADI divemaster. He has contributed to a wide range of major international productions. His film credits include The Batman (2022), Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore (2022), Fast & Furious 9 (2021), Wonder Woman (2017), Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018), Christopher Robin (2018), Kraven the Hunter (2025), Greed (2019), Wonka (2023), Blitz (2024), and Mickey 17 (2025). His television work includes acclaimed series like House of the Dragon (2022–), Game of Thrones (2011–2019), The Rig (2023–), Outlander (2014–), The Nevers (2021), Call the Midwife (2012–), World on Fire(2019–), Blue Lights (2023–), Casualty (1986–), Screw (2022–), and Silent Witness (1996–). He has also served as stunt coordinator on several of these projects, earning recognition for both action choreography and safety leadership. Ford’s contributions have been recognised with five Screen Actors Guild Award wins and four nominations as part of various stunt ensembles. He won Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Motion Picture for Wonder Woman (2017) and Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Comedy or Drama Series for Game of Thrones in both 2018 and 2020. He was nominated in 2023 for The Batman (2022) and in 2025 for House of the Dragon(2022–). In addition, he received an Oniros Film Award in 2017 for Best Stuntman for his work in The Take Down (2017).
