Funhaus, Achievement Hunter, and Rooster Teeth are sending their top comedians to the ultimate challenge. Armed only with a duffel bag of props and their wit, the battle is on to be the last contestant standing - without laughing, while host and referee Geoff Ramsey watches on.

2. Things Get Weird, Fast

With four players down a life, the competitors start to make some skidmarks. Lindsey gets a hand from a squirrel friend, Chris reveals some interesting new tattoos, and Michael makes out with a baby.
3. Jaws and Pants Are Dropping
Air Date: 2020-05-05
The first elimination sends shock waves, forcing our competitors to pull out the big guns. Plus, Fiona makes an interesting point, Gus bares it all, and Michael shows us what he's learned as a father.
4. Male Lactation, Pedophilia, and Ronald Reagan
Air Date: 2020-05-11
Adam becomes a father, a cheating scandal is uncovered, and a giant rodent with a penchant for cheese puffs wreaks havoc on the room. At four hours into the game, the players are digging deep and almost certainly losing their minds.
5. Great Dunkelman Take-Down

The penultimate episode. Our players learn that sex sells, and cameo comedy legend Barbara “The Killer” Dunkelman unleashes hell on the remaining contestants.
6. Who Has the Last Laugh?!

In the final episode, the three remaining contestants face a cavalry of chaos, even MORE male nudity, and a visit from family.
1. They STILL Can’t Laugh
Air Date: 2021-09-09
A cast of new competitors and returning comedic pros are bringing their A-game into season 2, but will they be able to outlast their rivals and outsmart the host’s new evil games? With three lives to spare and duffels full of derp, dignity and decorum are thrown out the window as contestants will do anything to make their opponents break. Keep watching to find out who will get this season’s last laugh!
2. The Long Island Last Laugh Talent Competition
Air Date: 2021-09-16
To refocus the game, the hosts put together a talent competition just crazy enough to make a few players crack. Gus and Kayla try not to get caught up in their own bit while Ryan goes full on psycho under the pressure.
3. Strip Down and Nussy Up
Air Date: 2021-09-23
The first elimination hits the Laughers hard as Game Master James continues to up the ante by sending in some familiar faces and classic Rooster Teeth bits. And even though our competitors are on the spot, when James drops another bomb on the room, the threat of elimination becomes life or death.
4. Robo-James Is Born
Air Date: 2021-09-30
Our players begin to drop like flies from the competition as a new wave of comedic cameos and challenges enter the Blue Room. Between sudden death, possible unemployment, and a bionic Gamemaster James, the Laughers do their best to keep their cool.
5. Serial Killer Level Gags

Seven competitors are still standing in the penultimate episode of the season, and just when we thought things couldn’t get any weirder, Robo-James pays the Laughers a visit and Blaine reveals a pretty hairy secret.
6. And the Last Laugh Goes to...

We’re down to the finale and six competitors are still up against James’s bevy of surprises. With the thousand dollar prize close enough to taste, which player will remain stoic in the face of all that is comedy and have the Last Laugh?
