The Addams Family
When we’re together, every night is Halloween.
A satirical inversion of the ideal of the perfect American nuclear family, they are an eccentric wealthy family who delight in everything grotesque and macabre, and are never really aware that people find them bizarre or frightening. In fact, they themselves are often terrified by "normal" people.

Sam Hilliard, a truant officer, shows up at the Addams family home, due to the fact that Pugsley and Wednesday are not attending school. Soon he discovers he's dealing with no typical everyday family.
2. Morticia and the Psychiatrist
Air Date: 1964-09-25
Gomez and Morticia are shocked when Pugsley joins the boy scouts, begins playing baseball and gets a puppy. Fearing something is wrong, they turn to a psychiatrist.
3. Fester's Punctured Romance
Air Date: 1964-10-02
Uncle Fester puts an ad in the personals column and when he doesn't get an immediate response he's heartbroken. Later, the family mistake a cosmetics saleswoman as a respondent to the ad.
4. Gomez, the Politician
Air Date: 1964-10-09
Sam Hilliard, the ex-truant officer, is running for city council. This puts Gomez in the campaign mood, and he decides to offer financial support.
5. The Addams Family Tree
Air Date: 1964-10-16
Pugsley and Wednesday get into a fight over families with their friend Harold, who says that his family is better than theirs.
6. Morticia Joins the Ladies League

Gomez and Pugsley visit an old friend of the family, who owns a circus. There, Pugsley befriends Gorgo the Gorilla who later escapes and follows Pugsley home. Meanwhile, Morticia has hopes of joining the Ladies League.
7. Halloween with the Addams Family

Two bank robbers accept an unknowing invitation and visit Morticia and Gomez on Halloween, in order to avoid being caught.

Lately, Uncle Fester's been a bit rundown, literally unable to maintain his wattage. Since Dr. Mbogo, the reliable family witch doctor, is too busy to leave Africa, the Addamses must take their chances by engaging the services of a local physician, who pays them a house call.

The Addams family hopes to vacation on the moon, but needs to raise a billion dollars. Using Gomez's new supercomputer, the family schemes to make the money by betting on horse races.
20. Cousin Itt Visits the Addams Family
Air Date: 1965-02-05
Parks Commissioner Fiske visits the Addams house seeking contributions for expansion of the city zoo. Gomez believes visiting Cousin Itt - all hairy and gibbering four feet tall of him - would be perfect as the zoo's new curator. He has the two meet, but Commissioner Fisk misunderstands the intent and mistakes Itt for a new exotic animal attraction whom he has hauled away in chains when the others aren't looking. When the family finds out what's happened, Uncle Fester is ready to administer retribution the Addams way - with a bullet from behind.

With reports of UFOs in the area, the Addams believe they have been visited by two Martians. Vito Scotti appears as Professor Altshuler.

Morticia's favorite charitable organization is holding a fundraising bazaar, so Morticia persuades her family to part with their belongings in order to donate them to the charity auction.

The Addams Family ignores notices from Arthur Henson that their house is to be condemned to make way for a freeway.
31. Uncle Fester's Toupee

Fester's penpal drops by unexpectedly, so he must assume the false personality he has been pretending to be.
32. Cousin Itt and the Vocational Counselor

Morticia and Gomez call an expert to find Cousin Itt a job after he fails at being a marriage counselor, almost splitting up Gomez and Morticia in the process.
33. Lurch, the Teenage Idol
Air Date: 1965-05-14
Low grunts and grumbles while at the harpsichord constitute Lurch's manner of singing. Gomez has a record company record him and soon the Addams house is surrounded by excited teenyboppers, fawning and fainting over Lurch when he becomes the newest hit sensation. All that blind adoration goes to Lurch's head, and the Addames quickly find they have a self-centered butler who won't "buttle" any longer. Could it be they've created a monster?

Cousin Itt is shedding hair, and the family is worried that he'll lose his great good looks along with his hair. Fester gets out his chemistry set to produce a batch of hair restorer and prevent a disaster.

Morticia and Gomez can't produce immediate proof to the contrary when the neighbour tells the children there are no witches and goblins.

Gomez is having some sleepwalking issues brought on by Grandma's famous yak stew. The house descends into chaos when a connection is made between a recent spat of cat burglaries and Gomez's nighttime adventures. Morticia goes on the search for a cure before Gomez gets caught and branded a criminal.

Morticia's pet plant Cleopatra gobbles up her favourite photo of Gomez from the family album. When the original photographer is found and asked to make a duplicate picture, it is discovered that he is now with the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Gomez plays host to Don Xavier Molines, a family friend during his childhood in Spain, and his daughter Consuella.
15. Christmas with the Addams Family

Uncle Fester is chosen to slide down the chimney dressed as Santa Claus to prove the existence of St. Nick to the children. Fester gets stuck in the chimney, so Gomez, Lurch, Cousin Itt, and even Morticia and Grandmama each don a red suit and appear to the children.

Fester takes a correspondence course and boldly storms the gates of the business world. Roy Roberts appears as business executive Thaddeus Logan.

The Addams mansion becomes a battlefield when Gomez and Morticia tell Grandmama and Uncle Fester that they think they are spoiling Pugsley and Wednesday.
18. Fester Goes on a Diet

For his impending visit from pen pal Yvette of the Folies Bregeré, Uncle Fester is secretly trying to whip himself into shape, even recruiting guidance from fitness guru Jack LaLanne himself. With all the sudden dieting and exercise going on, Morticia and Gomez know something's up but think Fester's trying to join the space program.

Discovering a treasure map in the sea chest of Great-Great-Grandfather Peg-Leg Addams the pirate, Gomez and Morticia decide to hire a boat to go look for it.

24. Ophelia Visits Morticia

Ophelia's upset that her latest beau, Montrose, has gone off to join the Peace Corps. His looking so much like Uncle Fester gives Fester the idea to join the Peace Corps as well. Ophelia's all excited that Fester, once in, can look for her Monstrose, but can Fester pass the entrance exam?
25. Addams Cum Laude
Air Date: 1966-03-04
A former truant officer named Sam Hilliard heads a private school where Wednesday and Pugsley are enrolled. When Hilliard breaks under the strain of dealing with the Addams children, Gomez buys the school.
26. Cat Addams
Air Date: 1966-03-11
A doctor is summoned to examine Kitty Kat, the ailing lion pet of the Addams Family. Morticia soon decides that it is the cringing doctor who needs help, so human members of the family feign illnesses to build his confidence.
27. Lurch's Little Helper
Air Date: 1966-03-18
Morticia's concern that Lurch is overworked leads Gomez to the operating table to assemble a custom-built secondary butler. Lurch lets the robot do all the work and then begins to feel that he isn't needed anymore.
28. The Addams Policy

After Uncle Fester's flame thrower destroys the family's stuffed bear, insurance executive Hensen tries to weasel out of the policy.
29. Lurch's Grand Romance
Air Date: 1966-04-01
Morticia's school chum Trivia visits. Lurch is obviously smitten by her, but Trivia's interest is entirely in show business. Moticia decides to change Trivia's mind by making Lurch more exciting than show biz. She enlists others in the family to help, including Grandmama, whose love potion makes the biggest and wildest impact of all.
30. Ophelia's Career

Ophelia visits, upset as usual. He latest boyfriend has left her, as usual, and the family tries to find something she's good at.
