Four passionate women with diverse backgrounds pursue their dreams of becoming professional surfers. But in order to remain afloat, each of them must overcome issues to capture surf stardom from WaveSync, a struggling surf company eager to reinvigorate itself.

Lacey Farmer ditches her dysfunctional family and runs away to Hawaii to win a spot on the WaveSync pro surfing team. But it's not as easy as she thinks.

Although Lacey gets help from her old friend Justin, who is coaching an all-female surfing team, she finds that starting a new life is harder than she thought.
3. Sleeping with the Enemy
Air Date: 2006-06-09
Lacey tries to scrape together the entry fee for a surfing contest, Kai's old friends hate her new life at Wavesync, and Birdie finds out why Dawn has spent $3000 at the resort in the past week.
4. The First Test
Air Date: 2006-06-16
The first event in the Makaha surf tournament tests whether the WaveSync girls have what it takes, in the water and inside themselves. Also, Lacey and Kai discover how important they are to the other people in their lives.
5. Wing Chicks

Birdie and Dawn date soldiers. Lacey is uncomfortable with the attention she is getting from Vin, whom she knows Kai likes.
6. Party Wave

WaveSync hosts a party to introduce the team, at which Lacey and Kai have a confrontation over Vin.
7. Vin, Lose or Draw

Jealous over Lacey's relationship with Vin, Kai admits to Lacey that she's in love with Vin. Dawn is shocked by what she finds out about Shoe, and Birdie tells Bailey what WaveSync holds for his future.
8. The Big Hit

Birdie nudges Bailey toward resuming his surfing career, Shoe tries to save his troubled relationship with Dawn, and Kai's friends Mily and Lani decide to give Lacey a lesson about staying away from Vin.
9. No Guts, No Glory
Air Date: 2006-07-21
Trying to deal with the pain of her injuries, Lacey reveals to Kai her past problems with narcotics addiction. Kai tries to overcome her guilt about the beating her friends gave to Lacey, and enjoy her time with Vin. Meanwhile, Dawn decides to try to find a girlfriend for Shoe, and Marcus starts to become jealous of the time Birdie and Bailey have been spending together.

Birdie has Marcus and Bailey competing over her, Dawn continues trying to get a date for Shoe, and Kai shows her feelings for Vin.

With Marcus on his way to Iraq, Birdie watches her life fall apart, and she can't do anything to stop it. Meanwhile Kai's plan to fix her life with pain pills backfires, and the only way she can take control is to confess the truth she's been hiding from Lacey

Birdie only has a few hours before Marcus ships out for Iraq, just enough time to figure out whether or not she wants to spend the rest of her life with him; Kai's plan to fix her life with pain pills backfires, and the only way she can take control is to confess the truth she's been hiding from Lacey.

Dawn's on her own and hung out to dry when her dad cuts off her cash flow.

Dawn turns to Bailey for comfort, and he's ready to give her all the comfort she can take; While Kai may be spreading herself too thin, when she makes connections with someone other than Vin.

Dawn's out for blood when she and Kai hit the waves for a rematch. But is Dawn taking on Kai, or the memory of her dad?

Dawn tries to find her way back to Wavesync, but Birdie, Lacey and Kai aren't ready to have her back. Kai and Vin may be done for good.

Kai and Bailey return from the summer tour, and Kai becomes jealous when she sees some of Vin's paintings of a naked girl. Dale is replaced by Liz as the boss of WaveSync. Bailey's brother DJ makes a surprising visit.
2. The Money
Air Date: 2009-06-08
After seeing DJ with thousands of dollars, Dawn becomes suspicious and tells Bailey. Lacey tries to avoid the livingroom when a webcam is installed.
3. White Lies
Air Date: 2009-06-09
Kai sets out to make Vin jealous. Liz's latest marketing strategy ends up upsetting Lacey. Dawn convinces Bailey to not turn his back on DJ.
4. Blame it on the Wayne
Air Date: 2009-06-10
DJ continues to have problems while Lacey is mad because of something posted. Bailey might not be able to surf again. Kai tries to make Vin jealous... by kissing another guy.
5. A Shoulder to Spy On

As the team faces the possibility of losing the WaveSync house, Lacey and DJ run away from their problems and into each other's arms.

7. Lost & Found

Bailey tries to purge himself of all his past flings at a chance for a real relationship. Lacey and DJ write to each other during DJ's absence. Wavesync works with the Surfrider Foundation. Justin and Liz's Fire begins to spark. Vin and Kai try to talk. Dawn realizes that she has more in common with Bailey than she thinks. Birdie shows why she has the name. Vin's girlfriend realizes that Kai isn't as meek as she thinks. Shoe introduces Sofia to Justin

Air Date: 2009-06-17
When Justin and Dawn decide to take a short getaway they experience some technical difficulties. Meanwhile, the others become distracted at a large benefit party. When Justin and Dawn become shipwrecked, no one even notices them missing or attempts to help.
9. Cast Away

It's the day after the Party and Justin and Dawn are nowhere to be found, and with a completely trashed Wavesync Ski just reported off the coast everyone is worried.
10. Bailed
Air Date: 2009-06-22
Dj wants to stay in Hawaii with Bailey for Lacey despite the probation and aftermath he has to deal with now. Dawn starts to feel different about her relationship with Bailey and after talking to Justin breaks off their relationship. Eric finally gets Birdie to go out on a date with him, breaking the promise to herself that she would never go out with a cop.
11. All Riled Up

Kai's little Sister takes a shine to Dawn, and Kai doesn't take a shine to that. Rochelle Ballard appears as herself. Birdie is starting think she's in over her head. Justin and Liz are "checking the books," like a team now. Liz's Godsister, Riley Westlake, comes for a visit but she's no angel.
12. Would I Lie to You
Air Date: 2009-06-24
Happy Birthday to me. It's Lacey's birthday and she's all but all alone. DJ is at extra football practices or so he says. Birdie talks to Liz about the contemplation of Pity dating. Kai forbids Dawn from seeing Malia, before she finds out about Dawn giving her a condom. Justin plays the wise elder. Riley is starting to show her true colors more and more as she continually tries to vie for a spot on the wavesync roster. Eric and Birdie finally have "the talk."
13. Worked
Air Date: 2009-06-25
Justin's loyalty is tested when Liz asks him to kick off one of the wavesync girls in order to let Riley become a wavesync girl.
14. Wronged
Air Date: 2009-06-25
Riley is jealous of Lacey because she was chosen to go on a trip to Australia instead of Riley. On Prom night, Riley sees an opportunity to replace Lacey on the trip and takes advantage of the opportunity.
