This restaurant, which has been open since 1923, is now in the hands of the 4th generation and the deliciousness of its dishes is still well-preserved. One of their keys in maintaining this restaurant is to humanize people.

4. Bakmi Encim Anggur

Bakmi Encim Anggur still adheres to their main motto, namely simplicity and cohesiveness. In running this business, the owners and employees are all women.

5. Nasi Ayam Hainam Apollo

Yohanna Susanti is one of the pioneers of Hainam Chicken Rice in Jakarta which opened in 1970 who started this business with all her famous creations until now.

6. Bakmi Acang

Jakarta is a city with a thousand noodles, even in it there is a dynasty of noodles, one of which is a legendary noodle, namely Bakmi Acang, uniquely from Bakmi Acang they make their own noodles in a traditional way.
