Ingebrigtsen: Born to Run
The Ingebrigtsen brothers are back in a dramatic six-episode series. Without a coach, the brothers must support each other while their father Gjert is under investigation. Jakob is expecting a child and faces injury issues. Henrik juggles running and family challenges, while Filip is unsure of the future as he is haunted by injuries.

The brothers are in Sandnes, preparing for a season featuring the European Championship and the Olympics while their father and former coach, Gjert, is under investigation. Jakob is uncertain about his form after a long injury break. Henrik struggles with making ends meet. Filip, now injury-free, aims to return to the top.
2. The Season is Now
Air Date: 2024-09-20
The Ingebrigtsen brothers are at the training camp in Flagstaff, Arizona. Filip is uncertain after several disappointing seasons. Pregnant Elisabeth joins the camp to spend time with Jakob. Henrik talks with Liva, who is struggling at home. The day before Filip's first race, Gjert Ingebrigtsen is charged.
3. The Agony of Choice
Air Date: 2024-09-27
Filip is ready to run his first race in Huelva, Spain. On the same day, the news breaks that his father has been charged. Henrik and Jakob are still at the training camp in Flagstaff. Liva is struggling at home, so Henrik makes a choice at the expense of his training. Jakob is in the US and is treated like a king by his main sponsor, Nike.
4. A Matter of Milliseconds

The season is underway, and Jakob makes his debut against Josh Kerr and Jake Wightman, who have previously snatched victory from him. In Brussels, Henrik tries to qualify for the European Championships. Filip must meet the 3:36 requirement in the 1500 meters to be considered for the European Championship. At Bislett Games, a "duel" takes place.
5. Hat-trick

Jakob and Henrik are in Rome for the European Championship. Jakob believes Henrik's challenges are mental, not physical. Back home in Sandnes, Elisabeth is waiting to give birth. Both brothers run the 5000 meters, and Jakob wins. Filippa is born, and the family gathers. At the Norwegian Championship in Sandnes, the guys enjoy running in front of their home crowd.
6. A Kamikaze Race
Air Date: 2024-10-18
Jakob sets a record at the Norwegian Championship in a duel with Narve. At home, Jakob and Elisabeth enjoy time with newborn Filippa before he leaves for the Olympics. Filip becomes a father of two and must choose between family and the Olympics. Jakob fails in the 1500m but redeems himself in the 5000m. Back home, the brothers plan their future with new goals in sight.

We meet the brothers as they face an extremely challenging season, both privately and in sports. While Jakob must testify in the trial against his own father, he also travels to China to compete in the World Championship. Filip and Henrik do all they can to help Jakob stay focused on his sport, making sure humor and new hobbies brighten the lead-up to the season.
2. Double, Double, Double!

Jakob is on an intense hunt for gold at the European Championships in Apeldoorn. Can he become the first to win double gold three years in a row? Filip has had a strong start to the season and will try to qualify for the 3000m final alongside his brother. Henrik has stepped in as manager and has a secret plan to inspire his brother to a historic victory!
3. The Court is in Session

We follow Jakob before and after he gives his testimony in the trial where his father and former coach stands accused. There is an ice front between father and son, and the trial is drawing enormous media attention. Elisabeth worries about how it will affect Jakob and his season.
4. The Entire Season Is at Risk!
Air Date: 2025-10-31
Jakob has to cancel his altitude training after an Achilles injury, and Filip fears Jakob’s entire season could be at risk. In Sandnes, it’s Filip and Henrik’s turn in court, and one setback follows another. The brothers focus on staying together and supporting each other, but on the sporting side, there are few bright spots.
5. Injury Drama
Air Date: 2025-11-07
The countdown to the World Championships is nerve-racking for Jakob, who is still struggling with a painful Achilles injury. While Jakob is forced to withdraw from competitions, Filip and Henrik travel to Italy to run the 5000 meters. Back home in Sandnes, Jakob and Elisabeth host their very first children’s birthday party, and it doesn’t go entirely smoothly.
6. Shock Exit

We follow Jakob's nerve-racking preparation for the World Championships. He's never trained this little before a major event and is racing against time. The injury still lingers, but he refuses to give up hope. Jakob wants to make it to Tokyo, and he wants to compete. But the big question remains: will he make it to the starting line, and can he still compete for medals?
