In the premiere episode of Sparklers, the cast meets in Oregon to pair Lytle-Barnett sparkling wine with local honey for the Perfect Bite challenge. Featuring guest judge Emily Schmiedel, a top beekeeper in Oregon.
2. The Foraging Dish
Air Date: 2021-11-23
The Main Dish challenge is to create a dish inspired by Chef Karl Holl and pair it with Lytle-Barnett sparkling wine.
3. The Caviar Dish
Air Date: 2021-11-30
The cast pairs Ca' del Bosco sparkling wine with caviar for the Perfect Bite challenge. Featuring guest judge Greg Bybee, wine curator at Vivino.
4. The Cauliflower Dish
Air Date: 2021-12-07
The Main Dish challenge is to create a dish inspired by Chef Stefano Cerveni and pair it with Ca 'del Bosco sparkling wine.
5. The Oyster Dish
Air Date: 2021-12-14
The cast pairs Villa Sparina sparkling wine with oysters for the Perfect Bite challenge. Featuring guest judge Ben Jacobsen, founder of Jacobsen Salt Co.

The Main Dish challenge is to create a dish inspired by Chef Thomas Papa and pair it with Villa Sparina sparkling wine.
7. The Snail Caviar Dish

The cast pairs Faire La Fête sparkling wine with snail caviar for the Perfect Bite challenge. Featuring guest judge Chevonne Ball, founder of Dirty Radish.

The Main Dish challenge is to create a dish inspired by Chef Lionel Landauer and pair it with Faire La Fête sparkling wine.
9. The Sea Urchin Dish
Air Date: 2022-01-11
The cast meets in Sonoma to continue the competition, this time pairing Ruinart with sea urchin for the Perfect Bite challenge. Featuring guest judge Greg Lambrecht, founder and inventor of Coravin.
10. The Ratatouille Dish
Air Date: 2022-01-18
The Main Dish challenge is to create a dish inspired by Chef Ludo Lefebvre and pair it with Ruinart Champagne.
11. The Steak Frite Dish
Air Date: 2022-01-25
The cast pairs Krug with steak frite for the Perfect Bite challenge. Featuring guest judge Katie Flannery, third generation butcher at Flannery Beef.
12. The Lobster Dish

The Main Dish challenge is to create a dish inspired by Chef Arnaud Lallement and pair it with Krug Champagne.
