Montague and Nicholas concoct a plan to have the interfering Mr Kelvin removed from the Palace ASAP. Unfortunately, Lady Sharpcott's loose tongue brings their plans crashing down.

An initiative to buy replacement electrical goods for the Palace from small British manufacturers goes terribly wrong when a floor buffer gets out of control. Danny is left to clear up the ensuing mess.

4. Pick a Princess

Kelvin concocts a plan to improve the Royals' image by running a newspaper contest to replace the Princess of Wales; Bermondsey and Foulsham are enthusiastic about the idea of being rid of Diana, but not so much on Max's methods.

A book exposing the scandalous bedroom antics and affairs of the Duke of Edinburgh is published in America. Nicholas encourages Max to sort out the potential mess.

6. Queen Mother, RIP

A run-through of procedures in case of the death of the Queen Mother goes awry when one of the staff overhears a conversation out of context. At least a lucrative Japanese trade deal might come out of it!
