7. People Just Do Nothing

This mockumentary goes behind the microphone of Kurupt FM - the second most popular pirate radio station in West London, receiving up to eight texts per show and playing the finest in UK garage and drum 'n' bass. Co-founded by the MC Sniper and DJ Beats in 2002, the station has now built up a following of over a hundred people and has attracted the attention of the BBC who are making a documentary about the lives of those behind Kurupt FM.

Mime act The Boy with Tape on his Face brings his unique brand of surreal silent comedy to BBC Three in a combination of sketch, stand-up, live performance and the absurd.

Sitcom about a dozy pair united by one dream, to run a cold Balinese VIP super-club. Scott and Dan are a dumb-and-dumber double-act who crash through life on a wave of joyous, unjustified confidence, redeemed only by the strength of their unbreakable friendship.

6. Going Native

A mock documentary created by and starring Mona Yousefi as three different foreign women - a Russian gold digger, a Japanese internet sensation and a Middle Eastern entrepreneur - all of whom have recently moved to the UK to start a new life. Wakana, Natascha and Tallah allow us to follow them for 12 months and document them 'going native' - each following very different paths to achieve their goals. All three characters are played in real situations with real people.

A cast of delinquent puppets speak with the voices of real teenagers. They attempt to sell their GCSE art coursework and serenade Basshunter to the girls they fancy.

Josh wants a quiet night in but both Kate and Owen are desperate to impress possible new love interests and Josh finds himself stuck in the pub quiz with his irritating, Rachel Stevens obsessed landlord Geoff and a barmaid who thinks he is a likely serial killer.

2. Fried

Mary, manageress of the Specially Fried Chicken takeaway in Croydon and young counter-hand Joe are shutting up shop when a thug wielding a knife demands to be given a portion of Mock Nuggets. Mary locks herself in the store cupboard, leaving Will to be the hero of the hour, much to the glee of envious assistant manager Derek, who covets Mary's job and hopes that this will see her sacked - though it does not. Joe, meanwhile, spurred on by his friend Ed, sees his heroism as an opportunity to woo Anal, the new girl.

Multi-character comedy set over the course of a school parents' evening, with Kayvan Novak playing a variety of idiosyncratic teachers, parents and even a pupil.

A double-act sitcom where two naive flatmates battle against the mundane reality of living together by imagining their boring lives through the prism of television.

5. Vodka Diaries

Hilarious comedy centering on four disparate but realer-than-real twentysomethings living in a house-share in London, allied for the foreseeable future by a tenancy agreement.

Jazzie and his mates Sajid, Webby and Bolts are trying to work out what to do with their lives and fit in to their own town, given that they're too soft to hang out with the hard kids, but utterly confused by all the hipsters who have just moved in to the newly-gentrified neighborhood.

Aliens, mismatched pandas and a blow-up doll collide in an explosion of comedy, combining puppets with some of the funniest comedy talent in this dimension.

1. Dead Air

Air Date: 2015-08-21

DJ Jake Cross is perfectly happy playing the music he likes in the late night slot at Completely Radio but when breakfast show presenter Lincoln Jones drops down dead Jake's manager wants him to take over, though it involves gimmicks and cheesy catch phrases alien to Jake. Initially reluctant a night out in the company of Ryan Gosling gives Jake some street cred and he agrees to take the job. But then Lincoln's widow has a word with him...

2. Sunny D

Air Date: 2015-08-28

Dane is twenty-nine but still lives with his parents - his bedroom being the cluttered room where his mother keeps her cleaning materials and he is considered unfavourably alongside sarcastic twin sister Kadean. He feels stuck in his clerical job with hated boss Steve and would love to make his own way in the world, supported by girl-friend Nicola. Unfortunately all his aspirations come to nothing.

3. Radges

Air Date: 2015-09-04

Sitcom pilot set in a pupil referral unit for out-of-control kids. Mab, Lauren and Kieran try to negotiate being 'weirdos' in smalltown Scotland. Mab deals with trying to get a new boyfriend before getting rid of the old one, while Lauren tries to shake off unwanted attention from the scary Erin.

4. Fishbowl

After Hattie's disastrous first term at university her parents decide it's probably best to bring her home to recover. Home to suffocating parental love, unwanted childhood admirers, overbearing neighbours and the utter impossibility of escape.

5. People Time

Sketch show from seven writer-performers, all playing a colourful cast of quirky characters. Featuring Jamie Demetriou, Natasia Demetriou, Daran Johnson, Claudia O'Doherty, Alastair Roberts, Ellie White and Liam Williams.

6. Funz & Gamez

Unique new entertainment show where the laughs are more important than the prizes. Lots of happy families join Phil and his gang in a series of simple but somewhat twisted games and challenges, all played out in front of the studio audience. Ably assisted by Bonzo the Dog, Jim the Elf and the rather more unsavoury Uncle Mick, Phil surprises unsuspecting audience members and even treats one lucky family to a surprise holiday. But what will they have to go through to get there?

Tim Renkow has cerebral palsy. Which means that people judge him... all the time. But usually they judge him wrongly. Because what they don't realise is that inside that severely disabled, fragile body is a bit of an asshole. Tim knows he makes people uncomfortable - he does it on purpose. He knows his cerebral palsy means he can get away with saying what others can't. But that's his problem: time spent taking aim at life's easier targets means Tim takes his eye of its bigger prizes: the job, the girl and the visa.

2. Limbo

Neck, Alice and Francis are private tutors, bored with their jobs, who meet in the café where drop-out Keith works. Neck spends most of her time trying to cheer up miserable father Paul, whilst Francis is desperate for a girlfriend and over-joyed to meet the lovely Sabina - until he discovers that she only gets turned on if he dresses in a nappy. Alice meets two old school-mates who have done better than her so she passes off her employers' posh house in Kensington as her own and throws a party whilst they are away. This does not end well for any of them.

3. Man Like Mobeen

When his parents disappear 27 year old Muslim Mobeen decides to quit his uncle Buj's drug dealing gang and get a respectable job at a care home to provide for his two naughty little sisters - though he has a sideline in providing medicinal cannabis for elderly residents. However cousin Wax is anxious for him to return to the gang and comes after him with a shooter - leading to an unfortunate incident.

4. Fail

Shy awkward young Paul still lives with his sexually boisterous parents, which does no good to his own sex life with girl-friend Claire. He is also troubled by the reappearance of her hunky ex-boyfriend Greg and in an effort to show her he is cool takes her to a club. Unfortunately it is a sex club. Fortunately she is forgiving.

5. JPD

A brand new, fast-paced, contemporary sketch show from the creators and stars of the hit online show Mandem On The Wall, featuring music video parodies, reality spoofs and one-off sketches about the world the boys inhabit.

6. Pumped

Air Date: 2016-10-06

Fletch is excited that old flame Jen is returning to their home town of Bonnybrigg and is keen to tell his friends Spunk and Wendy. After a run-in with old enemy Wonka and his gang the three lads attend a welcome home barbecue for Jen but to Fletch's dismay she has brought her handsome new fiancé James. Taking advantage of James' gluten intolerance Fletch decides to make his play for Jen, but the plan backfires - literally.

7. Ackee & Saltfish

Rachel is horrified when she finds that Olivia has brought home a new addition to the household - Gertrude the cat. Especially when it turns out Olivia's not been completely honest about where she found her...
