And a mysterious stranger with a gun checks into a lodge, while Constable Maasani gets intuitions on murders about to happen on the same night, the very next morning in the town, two young boys are found near a temple holding a head, which creates tension around Dhoolpet.
2. Triple Heads, Triple Murders

Chandra proudly surrenders her sons at the Dhoolpet Police Station for avenging their father’s death, creating tension when two politicians intervene. Soon after, a burnt head was found in the dump yard and that led the police dog straight to the lodge of the mysterious stranger. During interrogation, the officers discover that he is actually their newly appointed ACP Vetrimaaran. As he takes charge, a woman’s severed head unexpectedly falls from a fish laden tricycle after an accident, adding horror around the town. Vetrimaaran heads to the forensic lab and examines all three recovered heads.
