Did Cenk, regretting what he did, commit suicide? This time, Superintendent Orhan and Selim had to answer the questions of the masterfully planned double murder. Moreover, they were faced with a murderer who was careful not to leave any evidence behind.

14. The Man Who Don't Know Himself

A prostitute nicknamed Sevtap was found choked and gagged in a hotel room in the back streets of Beyoğlu. She had one hand cuffed to the bed and badly beaten before she was killed. There was not the slightest clue about her true identity. A second female body was found as the investigation continued, further complicating matters. Another prostitute, nicknamed Mimosa, was badly beaten and strangled, just like Sevtap. DNA belonging to the same man was found on both women. Are Superintendent Orhan and his deputy Selim facing a serial killer who kills prostitutes? And most importantly, will they be able to catch the murderer before he commits another murder?

An unidentified young woman was found dead on the seashore. She had two blows to the head, one fatal, and was wearing a man's shirt. Superintendent Orhan and his assistant Selim soon learned that the victim was Pelin Onur, a shareholder of Onur Real Estate Investment Trust, who had been kidnapped for ransom three days earlier. Fearing that her sister would be harmed, Pelin's sister and the other shareholder of the company, Gönül Onur, had paid the two million liras demanded by the kidnappers.  Why did the kidnappers kill Pelin even though they got what they wanted? While Superintendent Orhan and his assistant Selim were trying to find Pelin's killer, a mysterious witness was after the money taken by the kidnappers.
