Looking at technology, this episode shows kids how a techno-addict behaves and how to break the cycle. Also, Kayne chats to Hex and Bajo from ABC3's Good Game SP about their experiences with technology.

4. Friendship

This episode tackles friendship - what a real friend is, what a real friend isn't and how to be a good friend in return. Featuring Dance Academy's Jordan Rodrigues, Tom Green and Dena Kaplan.

During this episode, we discover what stress actually is, how to recognise the difference between positive and negative stress and how to manage it in order to lighten an already hefty load!

Kids are continually comparing themselves to others. So instead of trying to emulate someone else, we encourage kids to explore their own skills and do what they enjoy.

During this episode Kayne helps kids separate fact from fiction when it comes to the fantasy of physical perfection, and chats to rugby union star David Pocock, media commentator Mia Freedman, and Paralympian Jessica Smith.

It's game on for the MGBA crew as they go head-to-head in a game of bubble soccer. Takaya creates some self-esteem armour, while Kayne catches up with the most confident dude he knows.

To face their fears, Nancy and Kayne have run away and joined the circus where a group of young performers share their important messages about failure. Meanwhile, Steph and Takaya run a Failure Boot Camp.
