My Great Big Adventure
Hosted by Kayne Tremills, this series tackles some of the most pressing issues kids face today. My Great Big Adventure captures real stories from kids and celebrities who have been there, and shows that no matter how difficult the challenge, with the right tools there's always a way to make your own big adventure better!

With helpful advice for fragile circumstances, this episode aims to help kids understand family friction, where the fault lies, and how to cope in a fractured family situation.
3. Tech Life

Looking at technology, this episode shows kids how a techno-addict behaves and how to break the cycle. Also, Kayne chats to Hex and Bajo from ABC3's Good Game SP about their experiences with technology.
4. Friendship
Air Date:
This episode tackles friendship - what a real friend is, what a real friend isn't and how to be a good friend in return. Featuring Dance Academy's Jordan Rodrigues, Tom Green and Dena Kaplan.
5. Stress

During this episode, we discover what stress actually is, how to recognise the difference between positive and negative stress and how to manage it in order to lighten an already hefty load!
6. Winning and Losing

Kids are continually comparing themselves to others. So instead of trying to emulate someone else, we encourage kids to explore their own skills and do what they enjoy.
7. Body Image

During this episode Kayne helps kids separate fact from fiction when it comes to the fantasy of physical perfection, and chats to rugby union star David Pocock, media commentator Mia Freedman, and Paralympian Jessica Smith.
8. Disability

This episode helps kids understand disability, what it means, and to discover great achievements made by people and groups with disabilities. Tom Green, Krystel Keller, Rheed McCracken and Kurt Fearnley share their stories.

During this episode, we tackle cultural identity, sexual identity, cliques, and belonging, to help kids look for the clues that might lead them to discover who they are, and who they really want to be.

This episode tackles happiness and shows kids how to grow, create and develop strategies to identify what happiness means to them and how to apply it to their lives. Kayne also chats to Scott Tweedie and musician John Butler.

How do you tell someone you like them? What if they don't like you back? And how do you prepare for your first kiss? It's sweaty palms all round as Kayne and the team enter the secret world of boyfriends and girlfriends.

Kayne, Stephanie, Nancy and Tayaka head back to school and look at the issues kids face, including fitting in, frenemies and homework. Plus, fitness guru Michelle Bridges chats to Kayne about bullying.

5. Puberty

The MGBA hosts are going through puberty all over again. Kayne and Steph face off in a series of puberty challenges, Nancy takes over Takaya's emotions, and they each share some of their most embarrassing puberty moments.
6. Grief

Kayne embarks on an emotional journey with a young girl struggling to cope with the loss of her grandmother. But tears turn to joy when a surprise guest arrives. It's a musical celebration that will tug on the heartstrings.
7. Self-Esteem

It's game on for the MGBA crew as they go head-to-head in a game of bubble soccer. Takaya creates some self-esteem armour, while Kayne catches up with the most confident dude he knows.
8. Failure

To face their fears, Nancy and Kayne have run away and joined the circus where a group of young performers share their important messages about failure. Meanwhile, Steph and Takaya run a Failure Boot Camp.
9. Prejudice

Kayne and Nancy are on a mission to spread the word that prejudice is just not cool. Meanwhile Takaya and Steph play a game of wheelchair rugby to challenge their own perceptions.
