In 1967, the CIA recruited Felix Rodríguez, one of its former agents, to train and head a team to track down the Marxist guerilla, who was intent on overthrowing the Bolivian government. Following Guevara's capture, Rodríguez interrogated him, but was unable to prevent an order to execute the man who had earlier been a major force in the Cuban revolution.

The story of an assassination attempt on Cuban communist revolutionary Fidel Castro, when the US security agency tried to turn his 19-year-old lover Marita Lorenz into a killer by placing poisoned face cream in his home.

The story of Khalifa Haftar, who tried to overthrow Muammar Gaddafi and his Libyan regime in the 1980s.

Exploring the CIA's staged invasion of Guatemala in 1954, looking at how he country was tricked into believing a real threat was imminent.

Air Date: 2014-03-27

Documentary investigating the fate of a Lebanese cleric who CIA director William Casey mistakenly thought was the head of militant group Hezbollah, and in 1985 allegedly ordered his killing.

How the CIA quashed a Taliban uprising in Afghanistan by teaming up with soldiers on the ground, despite being outnumbered.
