Chad Hiltz builds an elegant one-of-a-kind coupe using spare parts, recycled metal, and a rusted out 1939 Studebaker Commander.
2. You Use What You Got

Looking to expand his business, Chad takes on a commission to build a custom 1930s-style delivery truck, starting from a discarded 1934 Desoto Airflow coupe.
3. Cooler Than Dangit
Air Date: 2019-01-15
Chad builds a custom bare metal truck to give away at his Rockabilly car show; with the tightest of budgets, the team builds the truck from scratch, and Chad's wild ideas keep them in overdrive.
4. To the Moon!
Air Date: 2019-01-22
Chad creates a space-age drag car out a station wagon; commissioned by a local eccentric to create a crowd pleasing ride, Chad and the team imagine a car suitable for space travel, with wings, in-line seating and capped off by an 18-inch bubble.
5. Dirty Hands, Clean Money

Chad races to finish his wildest creation to date, a custom dragster with a bubble top, wings and inline seating; with just hours until the promised reveal, Colton's cut rate supercharger threatens to derail the entire build.
6. For Kings and Queens

Chad takes on an important build, an elegant 1930s speedster to debut at a charity golf tournament; using a 1935 Hupmobile, Chad builds his custom creation from scratch, hoping to drum up future work from the tournament's high-end attendees.

Small-town custom car fabricator Chad Hiltz takes on his first build under his new banner at Hiltz Automotive. The team takes a stubborn '57 Cadillac and transforms it into a futuristic, chromed-out roadster fit for a king.
2. Trucker's Dream
Air Date: 2020-08-24
The Hiltz Auto Company crew pulls out all the stops for a trucker with a dream. Using Chad's vintage toys as inspiration and utilising Colton's improved welding skills, the team converts a '34 Oldsmobile sedan into a unique, functioning dump truck.
3. Hot Rod From Heaven

The team works on transforming an old '38 Ford into a hotrod that will attract everyone.
4. Bad Chad to the Bone
Air Date: 2020-09-07
Chad gets pushed to his limits when a local body shop owner tasks him with his first motorcycle build. With the Wharf Rat Bike Rally just two weeks away, Chad races the clock to visualize, customize and materialize the one-of-a-kind chopper.
5. Chad vs. Pinto
Air Date: 2020-09-14
Chad takes on his most ambitious build yet, transforming a rusted-out 1971 Pinto into a European-style performance car framed in glass. With only four weeks to work and a mountain of problems facing him, Chad risks missing a deadline for the first time.
6. Performance Pinto

The team continues converting the rusted '71 Pinto into a European performance car despite the passed deadline. Unwilling to compromise on the original vision, Chad presses on both day and night to get his creation ready for its dramatic big city reveal.
7. Loud and Nasty
Air Date: 2020-09-28
An old-time motorhead tasks Chad with building an open-wheel race car. On a limited budget, Chad decides to start with an antique engine and build the car around it but getting the engine running is a tricky task that may require a miracle to achieve.
8. Mid Engine Madness
Air Date: 2020-10-05
Chad's final build of the season is the centerpiece of his client's elegant New Year's Eve celebration. The hard deadline and Chad's decision to put the engine in the back has the team scrambling. Meanwhile, Colton gets to work on his first solo build.
9. Rags to Riches
Air Date: 2020-10-05
New Year's Eve is only a week away and Chad's final build of the season is less than halfway finished. Last-minute decisions and the pressures of finishing on time are too much for Colton, leaving the short-staffed team scrambling for a victory.
