There's not a lot of fires to fight in one of the rainiest cities in America, leaving the crew at the Tacoma Fire Department tackling the less glamorous elements of the job. Light on blazes that need extinguishing, this squad keeps itself entertained with creative competitions, friendly first responder rivalries, and bizarre emergency calls.

Andy and Ike’s misstep on a call to a Tacoma police officer’s house fans the flames of the FD’s long-standing feud with the PD. Chief tries to keep a lid on the dispute, but all goes awry as his crew wages a tit-for-tat war with the cops.

The crew is assigned their first ever female firefighter, Lucy, sending the firehouse into a gender confused tailspin. When Chief puts the clamp on rookie hazing, the guys try to engage in their old traditions anyway only to find that Lucy is a force to be reckoned with.

The Tacoma FD's negligence during a firehouse school trip makes Councilwoman Price so angry that she orders the guys to complete a training recertification with an old nemesis who's just itching to fail them.

Longing for a female friend, Lucy convinces Chief to transfer firefighter Delilah Dunn to the station while guys on the crew try to find a macho match to their energy. Meanwhile, Eddie takes Councilwoman Price for a walk on the wild side.

When Fire Commissioner Eddie Penisi, Sr. shows up, Eddie and Terry seek his approval while the "commish" drives them apart. The crew plays D&D for the acceptance of their own illustrious dungeon master.

Station 24 is picked to make public service announcements, forcing them to work with the buff and handsome C-Team and their new transfer Delilah. Terry buys a gas-guzzling truck and Eddie can't help but take him for a ride.

It's time for the annual firehouse chili cook-off, and everyone is excited to impress the chief, but judge Terry is affected by his wisdom teeth surgery and the drugs that go along with it.

4. How I Met Your Mother

A flashback to how Terry and Vicky met and were set up by Eddie as a prank years ago. Terry, Eddie and Vicky all have very different memories of the event, but all involve Terry eating.

The station receives a sexual harassment complaint, requiring the Crew to participate in a sexual bias seminar. Eddie falls for the teacher and tries to navigate the thorny process of how to pick up the Sexual Bias Trainer.

An upgrade at Station 24 brings Inferna, a new Artificial Intelligence system, intended to improve the station's efficiency and safety. While the crew enjoys the perks of a "smart" station, Eddie grows suspicious of Inferna's true agenda.

Terry is serious about his "No Station Birthday Parties" policy, but the Crew is set on ignoring it upon finding out it's Andy's 9th Leap Year birthday. Pulling it off might be mission impossible.
