Defective Finger believes that BJ had the painting stolen to collect the insurance money, so BJ sends Stacks and Cindy to infiltrale a ring of female bodybuilders and gymnasts he suspects are the thieves. Meanwhile, a crooked Grant underling, Capt. Dryer, makes plans to eliminate Stacks and Cindy after one more theft.
